A corporate team outing in Ahmedabad. Nobody has to present.
Spectra hosts team offsites through its groups team. In Cortex, light, sound, scent and surfaces react to you. In Saga, each person designs an avatar and guides it through a mythic world. Tell us the date and how many people are coming, and we plan it with you.
The agenda
- Cortex
- Walk in. Light, sound, scent and surfaces react to you, the way a brain does.
- Saga
- Each person designs an avatar and guides it through a mythic world.
- Lume
- Glowing spheres change colour as the team moves among them.
- Glimmer
- Every step sets off bursts of colour and sparkle.
- Chronicle
- Everyone draws something and watches it come to life on the wall.
- Debrief
- Yours to set.
- Slides
- None.
An example agenda built from our rooms. The order and the length are yours to plan with the groups team.
Why it works for a team
The rooms are the activity, so nobody has to run one. Colleagues end up comparing what their avatar did and pointing at what the room just did. That is the team day: you see each other doing something unplanned.
Everyone takes part.
